ADULT SERVICES

The Adult D&D Group meets on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month at 4:30pm. This event is free and all supplies are provided. 

You will need to create your D&D character either by using a premade character sheet from the library, filling in your own blank character sheet from the library, or by logging in to D&D Beyond to create one online. 

Career seekers can use their library card to access library databases. Gain access from the office, library, home, or wherever you have internet access.

The Hillsboro City Library has eight (8) computers with internet access available for adult use. Four (4) computers are located on the main floor of the library. The remaining four (4) computers are located on the top floor. Adult computers are available on a first come first serve basis for 90 minutes each day. If you need to make a reservation for a computer please do so at the print station using the PCReservation function.

The library offers free notary public services during regular busniess hours, subject to the availablity of the library's Notary. Call ahead at 254-582-7385 to ensure the Notary is available.

Book a Librarian for one-on-one technology help at your convenience! Bring your own device or use one of the library's computers. Just call or email the library to check availability and schedule your appointment, or fill out the Book a Librarian form and a librarian will reach out to you.

The Community Care Corner contains basic essentials like toothbrushes, shampoo, small blankets, and much more, as well as information about local resources. All these things are available for free to those in need, no questions asked. C3 is located in the back porch area of the library.
