In February, REACH Across Hill County coalition members met at the Hillsboro City Library for a monthly coalition meeting that ended with the creation of the new Community Care Corner (C3), located in the back porch area of the library. C3 contains essentials like toothbrushes, shampoo, small blankets, sunscreen, and more, as well as information about local resources.
