Jaxon-Paul Mojica has completed the Hillsboro City Library’s 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten Program.  For his hard work, Jaxon has received a backpack with school supplies and a new book to start off his school journey.

1,000 Books Before Kindergarten is a nationally recognized non-profit organization that promotes early literacy skill development and parent-child bonding through reading in children ages birth to five. The program is simple: read 1,000 books with your child before they reach kindergarten and keep track of their progress.

To register your child for this program, visit hillsborotx.beanstack.org, or download the free Beanstack app. For more information, visit our website at hillsborotxlibrary.org or give us a call at (254) 582-7385.
