Send Some Love Event

The Hillsboro City Library will have a card creation station set up for children to create Valentine’s Day cards for residents of local assisted living facilities. The library will provide all the supplies necessary to create the cards and deliver them on the children’s behalf.

If you wish to make a card at home, with your own supplies, you may drop off the card at the library in the designated Valentine’s Day drop box located in the children’s area. All cards must be donated by Friday, February 11, 2022. All cards should have an encouraging and uplifting message and must not be in a sealed envelope.

The Valentine’s Day card station will be located in the children’s area during the week of February 7th – 11th.

For more information, contact the Children’s Librarian at 254-582-7385 or email The library is located at, 118 South Waco Street, Hillsboro, TX 76645.
