Library Closed Due to Weather

Updated: Feb 3, 2022

The Hillsboro City Library is closed on Thursday, February 3, Friday, February 4, and Saturday, February 5, 2022 due to inclement weather. But we still have a ton of services, materials, and information you can access from home.

Digital materials, such as e-books and audiobooks, may be checked-out on our CloudLibrary app or in your browser. Use your library card number to log-in. The password is your phone number.

Digital magazines can be read through CloudLibrary's Newstand App or in your browser.

Additional e-books can be downloaded through Simply-E.

Need to do some research while stuck at home? Be sure to check out our selection of databases and other online resources. Have spare time due to the ice and snow? Dive into the library's genealogy resources. Own a small business or thinking of starting one? Check out our small business resources page. College prep materials and career resources are also available.

If you have books due, or want to reserve something for pickup once the library reopens, you can renew and reserve online with the library's catalog. Use your library card to log in and your password is your phone number.

We look forward to seeing you in person again once the weather is better.
